Experience Requirements:
10+ years of experience in digital transformation and IT projects, specializing in business requirements engineering, process modeling, and system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements across multiple projects.
- Develop business process models (AS-IS & TO-BE) and perform business process reengineering to optimize workflows.
- Translate business needs into clear system requirement specifications (SRS/BRD/FRD).
- Create and validate use cases, user stories, and prototypes to ensure requirements align with business goals.
- Conduct impact analysis for system changes, extensions, and data migration/integration.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to improve user interfaces and experiences.
- Support validation and verification activities, including UAT and quality checks.
- Ensure that business requirements align with the overall architecture and solution design.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior analysts and project stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN), requirements gathering, and documentation.
- Experience with data modeling, integration requirements, and reporting/KPI analysis.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise software development lifecycles.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
