Experience Requirements:

10+ years of experience in digital transformation and IT projects, specializing in business requirements engineering, process modeling, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements across multiple projects.
• Develop business process models (AS-IS & TO-BE) and perform business process reengineering to optimize workflows.
• Translate business needs into clear system requirement specifications (SRS/BRD/FRD).
• Create and validate use cases, user stories, and prototypes to ensure requirements align with business goals.
• Conduct impact analysis for system changes, extensions, and data migration/integration.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to improve user interfaces and experiences.
• Support validation and verification activities, including UAT and quality checks.
• Ensure that business requirements align with the overall architecture and solution design.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior analysts and project stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN), requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Experience with data modeling, integration requirements, and reporting/KPI analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise software development lifecycles.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
