Experience Requirements:

5+ years of experience in software delivery and 5+ years as a Project Manager leading enterprise-level software development and IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end enterprise software development and IT infrastructure projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify risks early and create mitigation strategies.
• Ensure deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong background managing enterprise-scale projects.
• Experience working with international clients.
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, MS Project).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written).
• PMP, ACP, or other relevant certifications (a strong plus).
